that isn't a 10 factor drop from while Republicans have been in value. out of your individual article, which you apparently omitted to study: "Congressional approval is down 5 factors considering that final month and better than 10 factors from the better help stages in January and February following the Democratic takeover. the present 24% score is such as the unfavourable scores Congress gained final 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, with individuals surely balloting to take administration of Congress faraway from the Republicans in November." a number of the clarification why it is so low: a million) The Republicans in Congress and Bush have prevented a lot law from happening. 2) in specific Bush's veto of the Iraq timeline and the Dem's next cave-in are accountable, considering that maximum individuals want us out of Iraq. The Dems wouldn't have caved. 3) Congress hardly has respectable approval scores. 4) Democrats assume greater from their politicians than Republicans, as is obvious via Bush's approval score of 28% even with being the worst president in US historic previous.

That's a confidence rating, not an approval rating.

Their current approval rating (according to the latest Gallup poll) is 24%.

While Congress approval rating IS quite low, the poll in the link is for "Confidence Level" which is not exactly the same thing as approval,AND It's a rating of Congress as a Whole not just democrats so Republicans have to share that dismal rating.

That is the rating of the people that have a great deal of confidence in the current congress.. Nice way to try and spin it. Here is the actual rating. 24%. Not that it is good by any means. I mean it is keeping pace now with the last Republican congress, and that is scary.

Because, as usual, they made all kinds of promises and haven't done a dang thing. They continue to waste our money and do a lot of talking, mostly just bashing each other.

Politicians should spend more time listening to their base (not the money) and start getting things done.

It's because they aren't doing anything...just playing politics. They keep ranting about the same things that, in actuality, have nothing to do with improving our country.

Because congress consists of a bunch of self-centered attention-seeking idiots (on both sides of the aisle) however Nancy Polosi tops the list of idiots.
