Shredding, unneeded papers.
Balance your check book.
Go to the beach. (not a waste,bring sunscreen)
Wash your car.
Catch up on your laundry.
Organize your cabinets.
Sort loose change, bring to bank.
Weed your garden, mow the lawn, prune, water the flowers and plants.
Browse in Home Depot.
Get a hair cut.
Wash your combs and brushes.
Give yourself a manicure and pedicure.
Clean your bathroom.
Clean out closets.
Go to a casino.
You're tiring me out; oh, take a long nap.

My fave way of wasting time is to shoot a clock w/ a shotgun. Outside the city limits of course.
