The Monaco GP is the biggest race of the season if you look at it from a media point of view. Its history, spectacle and glamour result in the race are being considered "the jewel of the Formula One crown".

Monaco, due to its history, and its status as one of the world's 4 crown jewels of racing (LeMans, Daytona 500, and Indy 500 being the others)

Monaco has the history and the glamour, but Spa is THE race to win if you want respect from your peers.
No coincidence that Schumacher (6), Senna (5) and Clark (4) have the most wins at Spa.

Monaco. cause all the celebs will be there. very glitzy and glamourous with many events lined up for the weekend. But this year, i'd say it's the one that decides the championship. It should be one of the races in september or october. specially so if it's gonna go down between Alonso and Hamilton

The biggest race in F1, is the one that decides the WDC.

The vast majority of fans consider Spa in Belgium to be the biggest race. It's the best course.

Monaco is an over-hyped media frenzy that is probably the worst race in F1. It's a street race, it's too small, and the drivers and long time fans know it has outlived it's usefulness.

I love when Monaco is on memorial day weekend (it is nearly every year) I get up at 5 am to watch the pre race net stuff before the race and then the 3 other great US races that day

F1's most prestigious race is Monaco, which also happens to be the worst track, and sometimes the most boring race to watch. A lot of fans will say Spa is the best track, votes also for Imola and Monza for history. Hard to say. Personally, I like Spa.

Monaco because of it´s glamour, but if you ask any driver which would be their pride the answer is Spa: the most beautiful and technical circuit left in formula one.

for prestige and glamour i would say Monaco, but the most important race of the season would have to be the one where the driver's championship is decided.
