To say sorry isn't so easy, if you feel to say that do it in the proper way, there are no instruction how to express feelings (for good or bad)!!!

You know what Mag, this morning I saw Yahoo send me an offline IM conversation from a dear friend of mine. He told me he is sorry that he did not get my message on time and he is not in front of his computer. I thought he had ignored me thank God he send that.
Easiest way to say sorry is when they make the effort to tell it.

Just say "I'm Sorry". As small as it sounds it will make the difference.

Direct eye contact, show your sincerity. Use "I" statements.
.........I did this and now I feel sorry and regretful about it, that is a sincere apology. No, talking about what they did, that you feel may have prompted you, only "I' statements. That's a real apology.
