you need to go to a brook advisory clinic - check the phonebook -
You obviously have a lot of sense but if you want to go on the pill to stop getting pregnant, remember that there are a lot of nasty diseases out there and condoms would be a good idea too.
Good luck

I don't think you can get a regular prescription from the pharmacy because it has to be prescribed by a doctor- a doctor other than your gp can be found at your nearest family planning clinic- which is often ran from your gp's surgery. You do not have to see your own GP anyway- choose another doctor and he has to keep all what you discuss confidential. A GP is best because he/she can tell you what is best for you, they have your history on the screen and they will have to do your blood pressure regularly. You should also be aware that it is not 100% effective agains pregnancy and you should always get your boyfriend to use a condom as well.

Your local Family Planning clinic will give it to you after a consultation.
I am not preaching but make sure you and your partner are also practising safe sex, the pill will only stop a baby. You also need a condom to stop any STD's.

you can go to the GP he is not allowed to tell your parents. If not use the family planning clinic at your docs surgery. Its always confidential and no one will tell anyone they have seen you.

You can only get it from the doctor as it is a presription drug.

Your doctor is not allowed to divulge any information to your parents due to patient confidentiality.

Good luck!!
