If I am using a method of adding bleach to water and I want 1 part bleach for every 9 parts of water. Then how much bleach should I use for 24 gallons of water?

24 gals / 9 = 2 2/3 gallons of bleach

calculate how much 1 tenth of 24 gallons is. Minus that from the water you are going to use, you should have 9 tenths left. Then measure that 1/10 of bleach and add it to your remaining water. This will give you a 1/10 dilution. Or 1 part bleach for 9 parts water.
