Tsar Bomba was impressively powerful. Scary powerful, even. The output was roughly equivalent to 1% of that of the sun. That's powerful. But I can't find any literature related to Tsar Bomba tilting the axis of the earth.

I would add ... from a mile away.

The December 26, 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake, had about the energy of 800 megatons of TNT, and tilted the Earth axis less than 6 mm (1/4 of an inch). The Tzar Bomba had a yield of about 50 megatons, less than 10% of the earthquake.

No.

Atomic bombs are insignificant compared to most of the forces in nature. The last thing which tilted the earth's axis was a planet the size of mars which collided with the earth over 4 billion years ago. It melted the crust and hurled vast amounts of it into space. This molten material condenced under the influence of gravity and formed the moon. The impact also tilted the axis of the earth. Because of this, the earth has tides and seasons. An atomic bomb has about as much effect on earth's motion as a mouse breathing on a bowling ball. Nucleur tests in space did produce a belt of radiation around the earth, however.

The tilt of the Earth ranges from 21.5 degrees to 24.5 degrees through precession. We have no control of or effect on it.

Hogwash..! No nuclear bomb has the power to budge Earth even slightly. Earth's mass is far too great for anything humans can do to effect it.

There's no scientific proof that man has ever altered the earth's tilt.
