I read elsewhere (link below) that boredom is a lost art form but it has lots of benefits. It comes about because of some inner rage.
"For many, boredom arrives with a spectrum of feelings shading from guilt and distress to bafflement and pleasure. It poses fundamental questions about our own identities and the connections we make, or don't, with the world around us.

One view holds that boredom derives from a failure to understand and assimilate what's going on, for whatever reason, whether it's a conversation, a jargon-filled lecture or conceptual art. Lacking prior information or unwilling to receive something new, we shut down and identify the frustrated feeling that results as boredom."

Try write down a monologue about how you feel in verse or whatever form. Don't pay much attention to punctuation, or organized thought. Just write and keep on writing whatever comes to mind. After some time lock it somewhere and revisit it next week or so. You'll be amazed how great a piece you wrote! All it may then need is editing and sending to some journal or magazine.

"The Russians seem especially adroit at tapping the artistic marrow in the subject's unpromising bones. Anton Chekhov ("Uncle Vanya" et al.) and Ivan Goncharov ("Oblomov") might be regarded as boredom's patron saints. Samuel Beckett transmuted boredom into an existential vaudeville in his 1952 theatrical landmark, "Waiting for Godot." The 19th century French poet Charles Baudelaire's "Flowers of Evil" bloomed on his "planes of Ennui, vacant and profound."

Edit: Your question elsewhere: I have one user-name that you know but I use a couple other names simply to kill boredom and/or to escape from the sensitive radars of verminous Y/A trolls.

Good luck

Online, go on addictinggames.com or some other sites on the booaghost.com page and play some games.

Offline, play with your pet if you have one.

Or call you friend and chat about stuff. Make plans for Friday night!

If all that doesn't work, try cooking something from a recipe. Open the recipe book at random and try to make it.
