i feel very tired all the time and i have small stringy movements with red blood at the end

This could be very serious, so get to a doctor ASAP! It sounds like they symptoms of ulcerative colitis, which is an extremely serious disease that typically strikes young adults. If you just had hemorhoids, you might have the bleeding but not the tiredness, lack of appetite, and stringy movements. You MUST get help right away!!!

When you say movements, I assume you mean bowel movements? If so call your doctor. Blood during a bowel movement typically indicates a GI bleed or a bleeding haemorrhoid. The latter is not so serious, the former needs attention.
