I cleaned my windows and part of the wall with rubbing alcohol + windex after being attacked by many flies... So when the rubbing alcohol evaporates. Will the surface be flamable after everything has dried?

No. Rubbing alcohol is 70% isopropyl alcohol, which is flammable by itself, and 30% water. After evaporation, everything's gone, so there's nothing to burn.

yes

Just reach into the medicine cabinet the next time you need to clean chrome bathroom fixtures. Pour some rubbing alcohol straight from the bottle onto a soft, absorbent cloth and the fixtures. No need to rinse -- the alcohol just evaporates. It does a great job of making chrome sparkle, plus it will kill any germs in its path.

Nothing will be left after it dries. While using the alcohol be very careful as it burns with such a light blue flame that u cannot see it if it is burning.

If it has evaporated then there's nothing left on the surface to burn.

Only if you heat it to 5000 degrees f or so, but it will break long before that.
