hello i being taking prenatal vitamins for like 4 weeks already, i being feeling with cramps light headches also feel like throwing up, my last perios was on 6/7/2007 but know i feel cramps like i am about to get my period i just want to know if this a sign that i might be pregnant, and then the last day of my rag was brown that that means something i need advice

No. They help prevent birth defects in a baby once you get pregnant.

No, but they protect the baby against spinabifida, and other birth defects.
