FedEx is a package/mail delivery corporation, just like UPS. Whether you receive a package through them, or some other delivery service, depends on whom the seller ships with. If FedEx does not deliver to a certain area, they will tell the person up front, and refuse the shipment/payment.

Fedex is a package delivery company (like UPS or the US Mail). If a package is hsipped to you by Fedex, they will deliver it to your door. It is usually faster, more secure, but more expensive then the US mail.

fed ex is a delivery company. when you buy something it should tell you the type of delivery service you will be recieving. if you are ordering form a major online store, more than likely it will be one of the major shipping companies like UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL. it should tell you or give the option to choose the shipping method.
