Absolutely..! There is a small Indian reservation in the Grand Canyon. There's also lots of archaeological evidence showing that ancient Native Americans have lived in the Grand Canyon for several thousand years.

There are cabins at the bottom of the Kaibab trails, and a tent campground, there is even a small store and a ranger station. Many park workers and rangers live there year-round.

I have camped there so, in a sense I have live there (temporarily).
