The James Randi Educational Foundation (JREF)
offers a one-million-dollar prize to anyone who can show, under proper observing conditions, evidence of any paranormal, supernatural, or occult power or event. The JREF does not involve itself in the testing procedure, other than helping to design the protocol and approving the conditions under which a test will take place. All tests are designed with the participation and approval of the applicant. In most cases, the applicant will be asked to perform a relatively simple preliminary test of the claim, which if successful, will be followed by the formal test. Preliminary tests are usually conducted by associates of the JREF at the site where the applicant lives. Upon success in the preliminary testing process, the "applicant" becomes a "claimant."

To date, no one has ever passed the preliminary tests.

Solid proof doesn't exist for aliens or the supernatural. It simply can't be proven. Especiall the supernatural spectrum because that is based on things involving a soul and we all know the government deosn't recognize souls.

What is proof to you?

Do you believe Antarctica exists? I'll assume the answer is "yes." But you've never been there, never seen it with your own eyes. If someone with unlimited capability were to show you that Antarctica exists by flying you there, or whatever, would that be proof?

If there WERE some alien ship somewhere with humans taking it apart to reverse-engineer it, would you be in a position to know about it? Obviously not.

Depends on how you define proof. Unless they land on the Whitehouse lawn, and pop out to buy the president a martini, there are always going to be skeptics. There's video and personal experience a-pleanty, but for the good stuff you'd have had to be a big to-do in the AF back in the 40's, and happened to be stationed in new mexico...

As these are 2 very diverse subjects...why lump them together? I am not sure of aliens. But supernatural (as defined) happens all the time.

there has been proof of anything supernatural. if you go to gold beach,Oregon, balls roll up hill instead of downhill. when your there, a broom can stand straight up and not fall down. i would definitely say that this is proof of supernatural things.
