Can you believe it?Something is really wrong with me...
Any fun stuff to do,to forget about this depression thing,coz it isn't really terrible,and this is the first day I am like this,I know I could have asked this elsewhere on Y!A but I trust you people more!♥

Thank you for the compliment and I know what depression feels like, I'm Manic Depressive. If yours has just started, was there an event that triggered it? Being out of school really upsets a lot of people since their normal routine is messed up & they don't get to see as many friends. Try getting outside, breathing fresh air & looking around to see all the pretty things around you. I know if I stay inside, on the computer too many days, I really get to feeling low. Hope you feel better soon

Um, if it hasn't even lasted one day yet, it's not depression..

But if you're feeling down, why not read a good book or take a jog? I know that most people (including me) aren't big fans of running, but the feeling you get when you finish jogging/running for an extended period of time is great.. It makes you feel good about yourself, and it would probably cheer you up.

Also, if you use an mp3 player while running, the exercise will become more manageable.

It will get better I felt like that a couple of days ago I got on here and just scrolled thru the question couldn't even find one I wanted to answer didn't want to put out the effort, Maybe go watch a good movie or go swimming sometimes going outside and doing something helps Good Luck hope you feel better

sometimes it does get boring, doesn't really mean something is wrong with you. go for a long walk or jog, do something active even if you don't want to- it'll release endorphins that will help make you feel better, then come back and try it again! hope you start feeling better soon!

look at the sunshine and blue sky. take a walk in the fresh air and remember we care for you. you are loved by many and there are many you have helped without your knowing them. remember too, the wheel turns and will revolve where you will be on top of the world again. time, patience and perseverance accomplish all things.
