pH = - log [H(+)]

= - log [HCl] { HCl being a strong acid, is almost wholly ionized in aq. soln, causing in [H(+)] = [HCl] }

= - log (0.01)

= 2 (ans)

[HCl] = [H+] = 0.01

Log 0.01 = -2

pH = -Log 0.01 = +2, which is one of your answers.
