Yes, you have to provide your bank account number and as soon as it is credited in your account your banker shall inform you through e-mail otherwise if you want a direct payment through e-mail it cannot be because you have only facility of information exchange in email and no transaction can be done through it.

Just set up an account. They have their own account, they have money in their paypal account and just send it to your email account and its deposited into your paypal account and you just say put it in my bank. Its really simple.
