WOW
Do you realize that in 150 years, the oceans will have risen a whole 6 inches?
Oh damn, how will we ever survive this? (sarcasm)

I don't know the numbers but you must be close. Add the reduction of seawalls and barriers that naturally kept waves and shore breaks away have been literally swept away. SO you have an unnatural cause and effect. Now water rising is free to expand. That's from melting polar caps, too early and the cycle is off. You have rapid temperature changes. Confuses the currents and the atmosphere is outta whack already.
WHO? hmmm.
Add that per example when we had Hurricane Iniki in Hawaii we narrowly escaped it in Honolulu. She turned just an hour b4 expected full throttle on Waikiki and East Oahu. Kauai got the brunt of the hit. And after all the destruction you go back and they rebuilt the million dollar homes right on the water? It gets more confusing by the second.
We are traveling and staying in Florida now. Same same. Does anyone get ?? it??
Who will stop this?
Each and every individual on this planet can. Small things. Big ones like cars and that gov't needs more restrictions yet we have not enough corn for food source and ethanol?? China? others we can only hope UN stuff will help.
It starts with admitting that we have the disease, almost like AA what is their saying? No one agrees about anything but the Earth ain't waiting. Thanks for allowing me the time to make an extended point.
* Insurance companies in Florida have run for the hills or over charged, people go without. They know something. The Federal Government Insurance is a sham. It is as expensive if not more. Gov Christ is working on that problem.
We could not get Hurricane Insurance for a long time after Iniki and now I can not imagine what my costs would be.

I sense the sarcasm here, but I'll tell you anyway. The earth will stop the "crisis." When the glaciers have melted enough, the thermohaline conveyor will shut down, climate will cool, and the glaciers will begin to freeze again. Also, did you know that NASA discovered the ice at the Antarctic is actually getting thicker as the ice at the Arctic melts? I think the earth can balance herself just fine, depsite what we do to mess it up.

I heard that the moon is moving away from the earth at a rate of 1 inch per year as well. Perhaps less tidal pull from the moon will balance the problem out on its own.
Of course the moon moving away does present another natural occurrence over with we can fret, if we like.

Wow. I am overwhelmed at the depth of your scientific knowledge. Perhaps you'd be kind enough to explain your theory on climate change to the 1,500 esteemed scientists who don't know what they're talking about.

Call Al Gore -- he can fix it
After all he invented the Internet and can save you from "global warming" by telling you about how the election was "stolen."
