There's only one place to go for pizza:
The Original Pizzeria Regina
11 1/2 Thacher Street (North End) Boston
(617) 227-0765
Very Casual
Since 1926, Pizzeria Regina has been greeting customers in the North End of Boston with a hearty “Welcome to Boston’s Original Pizzeria!” For over three generations, Regina’s delicious brick oven pizza has been inspired by the love of good food and the special pride of the Polcari Family. As in the beginning, Regina’s pizza is made with only fresh, all natural ingredients, special seasonings, the finest toppings and baked in a brick oven. The unique blend of cheeses are shredded by hand, the flavorful sauce is specially prepared with plump, fresh California tomatoes, and the meatballs and sausages are made according to an old family recipe.
If you still have room, head down Thacher towards Hanover Street and get some Italian dessert at Mike's Pastry.

As for seafood, if it's a nice head I'd head out to Castle Island in South Boston. It's on the waterfront and you'll see sailboats, yachts, dinner boats, ferries and freighters making their way to and from the city. You'll also be entertained by jets taking off from Logan. Accessible from downtown, the HarborWalk extends along Pleasure Bay, with a detour to Castle Island. Pleasure Bay is a calm, enclosed lagoon with a sandy beach for swimming. Pleasure Bay is one of the most popular swimming and sunning beaches in the City. Foot showers and water fountains are located on-site. Because the bay is fully enclosed by the man-made Head Island Causeway, water and sediment quality are consistently high. The causeway located behind the beach provides a great walk way for strolling around Pleasure Bay.
Originally freestanding, Castle Island has been connected to the mainland since the 1930s, when streetcars brought bathers to Pleasure Bay. Fort Independence, located on Castle Island, is a five pointed granite structure. The current structure is the eighth fort to occupy this site and contains over 172,687 linear feet of hammered stone and was constructed under the direction of Colonel Sylvanus Thayer between 1834 and 1851. The fort is open during the summer months, and visitors can explore independently or take a free tour. The fort and the island are on the State and National Registers of Historic Places, and Fort Independence is a National Historic Landmark. There are views to Logan Airport and the Harbor Islands, and visitors can observe boating activity in the Harbor. The area is excellent for jogging, walking, picnicking and hiking, and there is a fishing pier and swimming area.
My suggestion for food is to either stay right there on Castle Island where Sullivan's (617-268-5685) serves up local gossip in their Southie accents, along with their fried clams and other assorted summer snacks.
Or, head down to one of Southie's favorites since 1890. You can check out their new menus online.

The best place for pizza (anywhere in the US) is the original Pizzeria Regina in the North End. And for seafood would have to say B&G Oysters on Tremont St. in the South End is about a 10-15 minute walk from Copley. It's my favorite seafood place in Boston.
