As a white male I certainly have no sense of entitlement whatsoever. I have never beleived anything other than "if it's to be it's up to me." My grandfather told me repeatedly growing up "remember, nobody owes you a living." I don't know any whites who see it any differently.
Others however seem to think that they are owed the world and are entitled to be treated like royalty.
Blacks, hispanics, and natives seem to have the highest sense of entitlement. Hispanics don't even have an arguement in my opinion, but the others at least have some ground to stand on however flimsy that might be.

Answer from my perspective is the very rich and the very poor. You can also throw in the uneducated, non producing public that has a lot to say without giving back to society.
