I am 15 years old, 5'1", a size 1 and a 34D. It's just not working...being so tiny around the waist but so top-heavy. I mean, they're big...but they're not enormous. I just fear that they'll keep getting bigger and bigger and bigger. I look like a C right now, even though I've been measured and am definitely a D. Can I avoid the growing process? :/

Unfortunately you can't.

Find some good supportive bras for your size.

In the future, if you want, you can get a breast reduction and have it covered through your or your parents insurance. Though most doctors will not do this type of surgery on a woman until they are done growing, they do take into consideration how much pain you are in and the size you are.

I had to put up with that when I was your age and hated it too.

Contrary to what someone else said, you are NOT the only one going through this! There are many women who are like you (naturally huge breasts at a young age) that are looking to lighten the load somehow.

Just because some women want bigger boobs does not mean that our naturally endowed selves do not have a right to complain and DO something about it!

Hey there. Well, you're 13, so that says a lot about your puberty: it's only just started. You say you're very athletic? It is a fact that more athletic/sporty people (regardless of sex) are slower in development during puberty- for example, sporty girls during their puberty are slower in getting their period, developing breasts, etc. than girls the same age as them but are less sportier. So, in answer to your question, yes your breasts will grow this year, but just not as fast as you'd like them and/or as fast as other girls your age. Your sister and your mum seem to have pretty big breasts so yours will probably grow big too (puberty has a lot to do with your genes). Don't worry about it too much though- you're only thirteen and you've got a few years to go. Me? I'm nearly 16 and I'm flat as a runway!
