Kick ball, was my favorite. It was a little like soccer, only a soft large red rubber ball about an inch or two bigger then a basketball was used. Two people, of both sexes were in the center of the arena and tried to kick it passed all the people at either end. It is a lot tougher to make a goal when their are thirty or more goalies.
If your team made a goal, or their two minutes ran out, two new team players got into the arena from each side and the first two teams stepped back to be lineman.
Everybody in the lines got to play centers at least once.
XBOX 360 doesn't required a team, and, while playing Halo 2 I get really good digestion about two thirds of the way into one chapter. After that I don't feel like playing it any more since I don't need to stimulate my digestion anymore.
Food is supposed to stimulate digestion so I wonder why playing a video game does it too? If I don't stop as soon as my digestion starts getting going good, bad things happen.

Considering I asked about outdoor activities I got a bunch outdoor activity answers. Great bunch of people.
Of course there were answers from others who can't get their heads out of their Wombs. Still sucking on their thumb controller.
I'm on Med's right now, but I will be out and about soon.

It is summer all year round here but since it is the season for the annual Crop Over festival, I will take in some of the calypso tents (people singing), all the fetes, limes (hang out and dance), and preparing for the grand finale-parade on the road on the first Monday in August. I will also be joining a line-dancing class. I would love to say I am going to the beach but I know that I will not get there although this beautiful island is surrounded by water. I just plan to have a great time because the music sounding real good. Come down and enjoy!!!!

As a child(way before video games) we played tag, 123 Red Light, Hide and Seek, May I, Simon Says, Freeze Tag.
If you remember these games, I think you are fortunate. These games were primarily played by us 'less fortunate' children that didn't have many/if any toys to play with. But we sure had fun. Ever go down to the creek and catch ' crawdads'? Get a watermelon fresh out of the field and bust it open and only eat the heart out of it? So sad young-uns will never know the simplicity of having fun that doesn't involve drugs, violence, sex,or destruction of other people's property. of course way back when it wasn't against the law for parents( when kids still had two) to dust their *** if they deserved it, and I'm not talking about abuse.
These are some of my fond memories about Spring/Summer activities and recreation " The Good Ole Days "

You can't be serious about X-Box games being seasonal! In Spring and Summer you should be outside playing sports, not simulating them on a computer...I live in Australia, so the only answer acceptable here is ...Cricket.
It's OK to play but I reckon it's rubbish to watch, like watching grass grow. Actually you can watch the grass grow during a five day Cricket test here.
My personal favorite spectator sport would have to be Olympic Girl's Beach Volleyball.
Beat that.

Taking a road trip in August, to the Allegheny Mountains of Pennsylvania to our family reunion. I also enjoy tossing the old horse shoes and cooking on the grille. Hell, I even like to mow the grass-I can get exercise and enjoy the outdoors, all at the same time.

I like swimming, mini golf, volleyball (at some local neighborhood bars they have a sand volleybally area & you could join a co-ed team?), frisbee, ridding bike.....There's a tennis court where I live & I've never played tennis, might give it a shot? I've seen lots of guys enjoy basketball, baseball & horseshoes though. Nothing original here, but hope it gave you something.
