How do I insert a video and playbar into Flash?

Something like this. With a functional navigation on the left, and a playbar below. Basically a streaming video within a Flash movie. All you Flash people out there: how can I do this?

if u import any video file into flash it will come up with a wizard and ask u want u want the controls to look like. the controls are predefined. the bar on the side is just buttons that bring up a different video.
