Unfortunately they do become smaller and lose their original firmness. I think it has a lot to do with how big they are in the first place and maybe age also. I lost a lot of weight afew years back due to illness and they never did come back to their original shape or size. I have since gained the weight back plus more but not my breast size. Congrats on the weight loss, it's always good to be healthy :)

Personally I hope that as I lose some weight mine will shrink a little, I mean I like 'em and all but it's harder to find shirts and swimsuits that fit when you're a D.

My sister used to be a large C, but she started running a lot and lost some weight and she's now a small C.

Really, any size is beautiful (and I'm not just saying it so you feel good) as long as you wear them proudly and find bras and clothes that flatter them and are made for your shape. Seriously!! I have a friend who is an A but she is so beautiful because she's confident and bright.

YOU can avoid losing boob size when you lose weight. Make sure that you dont do too much upper body exercise esp that concentrate on your chest.. i am getting in shape and my breastses are remaining to be n the same cup size but the inches are shrinking. Breasts do not have to be as firm as Madonna's cone bra.

Sound like you are unfortunately one of the females that loses breast size when you lose weight (I lost weight but didn't lose any in the breast, I have more dense instead of fatty tissue in my breasts).

Even though your boyfriend notices he really should not care about that. If he loves you it shouldn't bother him at all.

Considering when we get older our bodies will start sagging, this should not affect your relationship.

Congrats on the weight loss!

Your breasts are made up mostly of adipose (fat) tissue and therefore wen you lose weight, you generally also lose it from your breasts. Sad but true. And yes, hey will lose their firmness and be smaller. It's just something you're going to have to live with.

About 1 cup size per 10 pounds.
