Hmmm how would you feel if you lived in a government that instilled laws that prevented your ancestors from any kind of financial gain for centuries and by doing so ensured the success of peoples who came long after them who did less work? Then when that government realized how much they hurt your families ability to succeed and acquire wealth like other families they put forth an act to help level the playing field so your family can catch up after all that they were denied. Then the very people who reaped the benefits from your family not being able to want to cry like babies. Would you be resentful? Or would you a say all is well that ends well? I know, I know thumbs down.

I don't think that is true, except with Mexicans. Now that Mexicans are here illegally, jobs have used their minority policy to hire more Mexicans than Blacks. It all depends on the employer....

But how would you know if the minority wasn't just as qualified if not more than you?
