Ants release various smells [ pheromones ] about food, alarms, and locations, to each other.
They do look like they're gossiping, don't they? Someone should do a video of ants communicating with each other, and add subtitles!
Examples:
'There's a sale at Macy's? Let me get my coat!'
'What's that, Lassie? Timmy fell in the well!'
'Godzirra! Godzirra!'
'I lost my contact lens! Help me find it!'
'Love that outfit! Turn around, let's see it from the back!'
'They're giving away free beer!'
'Chick fight! Chick fight!'

They certainly seem organized perhaps they are giving one another instructions since they seem so busy , perhaps passing on a food source location or maybe gossiping about who almost got stepped on , lol

I think they do. I think they are plotting an eventual take over of our unsuspecting society. It's going to be terribly gruesome. (See "Empire of the Ants")

Yes, I do. I am sure ants have their own language, maybe chemical signals, etc.
