People analyze childrens behaviors too much. Know people who think their 5 yr old has ADD. I know that when I was 5 I never concentrated on anything. It's called being a kid. Children are naturally curious, so if they take interest in a lot of things, but don't focus on anything, isn't that normal? Our obsession with having an answer for everything leads us to things like child psychologists, when waiting 6 months or a year and letting kids grow up naturally would be much cheaper and much more productive.

I don't think I would go to a child psychologist. I think an adult that has graduated from college with a degree in psychology would be a better choice.

They can help children who truly need help... but (my personal opinion here) I believe far too often we label a child as needing help.. when in fact it is either just that their normal behavior is being labeled incorrectly because people don't want to take the time and work with a "problem child" or that the parents don't have the skills needed to work with their children. Either way.. we have to realize that many times it may not be the children, but the people around them that need the help. Again though.. when truly needed, they can do great good for children.

As in? Do you mean that you want to be a child psychologist? Do you mean do we think that they're legit? What do you mean???

If you want to become one, great... if you mean do they really help, then the answer is most of the time, yes... but be a little more clear in your question next time.

I think that they are experts in child psychology. What else should I think about them?

There are good ones and bad ones -- just like in any other profession. The good ones can be very helpful.

psychology is just a way of controlling people, they turn them into zombies using drugs. They are the real enemies of society.
