its a 2 stroke and 100cc 2002 reg with 9000 kilometers on clock, starts 1st time

Thats usual for a 2-stroke if leave them sitting for a while.The white smoke is gas burning,black smoke is oil burning.That usually means your having carbuerator problems

It may have a leaky valve seal.

You might try running a product called 'Lucas' in the oil - it helps with problems like that, though I don't know if it is readily available where you are at. I'm in the states.

I would ride it around at high speeds to burn what's been sitting in the exhaust.
Get back to us after a couple of weeks worth of riding.
