just make sure you pick out a AM2 socket chip and you should be good to go! Everything looks great! Also, if you plan to run SLI in the future, you will need a bigger psu than 600w for 2 of those cards.

what are you using the computer for? what is your budget? and you will want to get another psu...such as...http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139001
that would power your rig much better than the other psu. also as of now intel beats out amd so you may want to go with a core duo rig instead.
