It is just his income used to determine support. However, if he does not pay or falls behind and you file joint taxes-they can take it. Yes, you can always file hardship and get your part back but it's a pain. Good luck. If you love him none of it should matter anyway.

I am not 100% certain but I would thinkthat it would only be ter biological parent's income that would be factored into the child support amount. In fact, in Kansas, I know it is this way. Generally, after the income is taken into consideration, it is usually around 35% of the total income (if has multiple sources of income) and that is usually then rounded to the nearest dollar. Check with your local child support enforcement for clarity.

It all depends if Florida is a community law state. In a community law state if you marry someone their debt becomes your debt, and your assets become their assets. You can search on-line if Florida is a community law state. Good luck.

By the man's income. Usually a base minimum amount then more depending on his income. Usually a percentage depending on the judge.

They tried to go by both in the court room the Ex bit@@ tried to tell the judge I was working also. but at the time we were just living together so the Judge dismissed it. Im in Florida also.
