logbase3(x) = logbase3(x + 2) = logbase3(2) + logbase3(12)
I've tried solving this several ways, but I can't make this work!!! How is log base3(x) equal to logbase3(x+2)? I am so confused by this.

It can´t be.
If log(x+2)= log2+log 12 (all base 3)
then x+2=24 and x=22
