most general practitioners can deal with erectile dysfunction, in the greater Seattle area....hmmm, don't know how far you are willing to drive, but Dr. Charles Dillinger in the Silver Lake area by Everett, is very good. And he is very reasonable too, 75 bucks a visit. His clinic is called Stat Care and is across the street from Costco in the Silver Lake area. Good luck to you.

A urologist is the best bet, but without insurance, I would go online and try to find some ED drugs that you can buy legally from Canada or somewhere. Beware of fake drugs tho. Find out what the real pills look like and compare them with what you order. Each pill has a name and or number stamped on it. An imposter will either be shaped diff or colored diff. or have a diff stamping.

You didn't give yr age.
1. Get blood sugar estimated.
2. Quit smoking.
3. Take Multivitamin+minerals& healthy diet to avoid constipation.
4. GP or Urologist will help but they are costly.
5. If all is well, viagra might help. Start with lowest dose.
Good luck!

Here's some advice before you go see doc...

How is your weight?

What do you eat?

Do you smoke, including weed?

Do you drink?

Do you exercise?

Ask yourself these questions before you start popping pills to place a band-aid that may cover an underlying problem.

Good Luck!

Try a medical health clinic or a urologist. Either should be able to help.

Cheapest would be to lose weight if your overweight. ED has a lot to do with obesity.

You need to see your regular doc first and if he/she can't figure out what is causing it they will refer you to a urologist.
