The Weather?

Question

What is the weather like in the Netherlands especially in Enschede from September to February?

As far as I checked from the internet, nowadays it is rainy :( and it doesnt sound good to me as I am used to warm weather without much rain..

Will it be too cold? What would u suggest me to bring as clothes?

Expect rain more often than not. (Not true, but that is what it will feel to you if you hate rain.)
Temperatures will be moderate, summer as well as winter.
Winter low might below freezing for a few weeks, or just a few days, with hardly ever below -15C, mostly only in the nights. Most of the winter will be above freezing, but windy and rainy.
Summer highs on the other hand are also moderate, with 20 C as a nice day and it can be as low as 15 C for weeks in summer. If it reaches 35 C (less than 100 F) people are talking about records, as those temps are rare.
(In fact, we have warm winterdays with an higher temperature than some cold summerdays. But normally it is colder in winter ;o) )
September can be a nice summer month, (T shirt and jeans weather,) but it can also be rather cold and misserable.
From there it mostly gets colder and wetter.

I hope you still want to come.
On average you will only get real wet twice a year, the rest of the time it only seems like you will.

For clothes, T-shirts, sweaters, some nice shirts if you need to be presentable.
Jeans, nice pair of pants.
If you like skirts, bring some, but you will see that many women here do not wear them at all, not even in office jobs.
Waterproof and windproof jacket.
Buy your wintercoat when you are here, much better selection in fall.
If you like sandals bring warm socks too, otherwise runners and nice shoes will do.

aaaah finally sun - let's get out from the house tomorrow will be rain again...

it will be cold because of the wind.
bring something warm - a lot of sweaters and jackets :) but sometime it's quite nice weather in The Netherlands.

It will be colder than you expect and wet. It's been so cold here that I wish I brought more long sleeves and it is June. I heard that the winters are absolutely freezing and damp and brutal. Plus, being so far north, dark. Right now, it is light until after 10, so then it will probably be dark by 3 or something.

Bring waterproof boots and an umbrella :)

The weather is changeable. Likely to be grey and rainy, sunny, overcast etc.
