is there a program which will tell me who has sent me mail or can track back to see who and where they are,?

i want to trace e mail senders, not just the e mail addy......the full info ,,,,,,name , adress , phone number etc

Their phone number, or physical address, no.
But if you can understand the "headers" of the message (on yahoo, click on the bottom "full headers"), it contains the whole "travel" of an email, even if it has been re-routed in several places.
From there, "X-Originating-IP" is the (electronic) address of the SERVER where the sender is connected (not where the machine the sender is using is located.).
From there, you can know the physical location of the server.
Finally, and if you are a police officer with a mandate (or a good hacker), you can get the server to tell you the details of the sender...
