Slow. I see no point in looking forward to something so enjoyable and then just racing right through it. I like to stop and smell the roses so to speak. Plus I'm getting too old to sprint to the finish line.

Start off slow, when the engine warms up, hit it hard, stop for a little snack, then jump back in, hit it for an hour or so.
