How do I set up a Comcast e-mail address?

it will not let me sign in my old account, so will someone help me? i've even asked the interactive agent!!

Go to comcast.net then click on help.

Your comcast account has a primary user. The primary user can set up secondary accounts off their account. You log into www.comcast.net with the primary account and go to account settings.

If you can't remember the primary account password you can probably get Comcast tech support to reset it for you. It might be written on the pink sheet that the installer left behind, assuming you still have that and haven't changed the password - you can try that.
