Ok, He has his windows open and walks around naked and it's like how can you not look he's naked? I have tried to talk to him be he just shruggs his sholders. He gets dressed when somone comes to the door I have already tried to call the police. What else I should do?

maybe he's trying to hint something to ya. he must be okd and creepy because if he was a hot youngin there would be no complaints right? go over there and tie him up in clothes or judt lie and call the cops and be like this guy touched me with his wang. isnt that sexual harassment. then that way he can go to jail. they really cnat do anything cuz he is in the privacy of his own home. now if he came on to oyour lawn naked he could be a registered sex offender

Is it in an area only visible by you, or is it visible by people walking in front of his house? if it's only visible by you, then I would just say don't look, close your curtains, and just leave well enough alone. if it's in an area where the general public can walk by and see it, then continued police involvement would be the case.

How do you see it from all the way by your house? I dont care who he is, you cant see much from that far away unless you actually are stopping to really look. So STOP and close your curtains or just accept that you really dont mind looking.

This is great. Go to a sporting store and buy a 1 million candle power spot light. At night launch this bad boy into his window. I did this and it works wonders.

That's funny! I used to have a naked couple in perfect view of my apt. once.
Ummm my suggestion is to just close your curtains because unless he's making obscene gestures at you, he's not doing anything wrong.

I do not think there is anything you can do, if he is in his own house. I think you may have to just try not to look in that direction, or put up some curtains.
