The exact same thing. My parents both have somewhat gender-neutral first and middle names. My name is both of my parents' middle names. They said that my name would have been the same no matter what I turned out to be.
Basically, my name sounds like something you would name a law firm.

My parents chose not to know my gender until I was born. My mum has told me that I would have been called Charlotte if I was a girl. Glad I'm a guy, cos I like my name.
