Some where in your new mail message there will be a button that says attach file, or add a file, maybe even send a file, click that button.
It should give you one of those winodws that lets you look through your files and folders and stuff on your computer. Use that window to find teh my computer icon, open it and select the A:\ (normally A: is the floppy), when the A: drive opens you should see the file you want to attach. Select that file and follow the next buttons to save or upload the file to your mail server and send.
Shouldn't be too hard. Consider what you want to do: first, you want to find the file and select it as the one you would like to send. Then once you select the file you need to get it to the mail server at yahoo, google, aol, or who ever hosts you email. Having done that all that is left is to click send.
I detailed most steps.
Hope this helps.

Well you have to put the disc in the floppy drive. Then you can attach the file on the floppy to whatever e-mail you are sending. Otherwise, you have to copy the document to your computer then you can paste it into the document you will be sending...

I assume you have a disc drive for the floppy.
Put the disc in the drive. Open a new e mail and address it properly. Use the attachment feature and attach the document from the floppy drive (usually the a:\ drive).
If you do nto have a drive for the floppy, find someone who does and have him e mail for you.

Bring the document from the floppy to your HDD. Then you can attach it to an e-mail. That is another downfall of floppy.

Either find a computer that has a Floppy disk slot on it or buy a Floppy Disk extension USB reader.
