There are no organizations that help individuals...there are too many scammers out there in the world...
You have to register through local rehab organizations where you live and they will represent you...but you will not get any money directly from any foundations or other organizations, only the medical care is covered and even then there is no guarantee that there will be any help.

You need to tell us where he lives, as most such agencies only operate in a specific geographic area. It would also help to know what his is and if the disability is caused by a disease or by accident or what, as some organizations help people with specific types of disability (such as blindness) or specific diseases (such as cancer). Please repost with more information.
