I respect and love all religions. It is people's right to choose their own religion and all religions have positive things about them, especially in their pure form-the way the books teach them. It is people who twist around the words to make excuses to do evil things. I love the monastic lifestyle of Christians, the Orthodox Christians, the Sufis of the Muslim faith, the Buddhists, the Kabbalahist, Hindu with its yoga and others faiths that really try to have that one to one relationship with reality/god. These are the parts of the faiths that don't promote war or antagonism with other religions because they understand life and reality more. All faiths have their beauty to them. Of course some have their not so beautiful sects, but why focus on them and judge the entire religion on a few people? The purpose in life is to build love and compassion for all people.

It is sad to see how many people feel it is ok to hate other people. Your question, which you hopefully didn't mean to do, has brought out a lot of hate. So sad to see when love and compassion for all is such a gentler way to live one's life and spread to other people.

I dont hate any religions?
People who make stereotypical remarks about religions are the people we should hate because they are the ones pushing people apart.
For example people who say all Muslims are terrorists are just so ridiculous, some Muslims may interpret the Quran that way and live to an extremist level but most do not. I actually think Islam is a beautiful religion, its not much different from Christianity.

I do not think this is a good question. How can you hate a religion? Espcially if you do not know what the religion is about. Even if you do how can you criticise someone for their religion? Maybe they have never been exposed to another styleof life. I am am a christian but I do not believe we have the right to pick and choose what religions are "ok" and which ones are not.

I don't hate any religions. I respect the fact that some people were brought up with different values than me and treat their religion the same as I expect them to treat mine.

It would be so inappropiate and disrespectful to HATE someone's way of believing just because you might not understand why they worship the way they do.

Prejudice and bigotry is ugly....and it all comes from ignorance on the part of the "hater" because they haven't allowed themselves the opportunity to know someone different.

How one worships the God he/she believes in is a personal choice and we should respect that. America, this great country was founded on 'religious freedom" regardless of what religion a person chooses.

Mostly Christians. I grew up Christian and don't get me wrong, if you really have the Lord in your heart then that's awesome. But so many are snotty hippocrites who look down on you as the "lost child" if you don't go to church every week. Church is an elite club for them to go to to judge other people and speculate if they are really there for the right reasons. I'm sorry but no one judges me but God. And I have been to many different churches in my lifetime and this is true in all of them.
