My bank account with Downey Saving was closed becuase I haven't been able to put money in it. So I just recieved a chack fom my relatives from graduation and I don't have an account to deposit it in.

go to the bank that the check is from and they can cash it, but they will usually charge you for it. or go to a check cashing store, but they charge A LOT for personal checks...

You can't deposit something if you have no where to deposit it. Either see if the check the bank is written from is near you and go cash it there, or go to a check cashing place. There is usually a fee for that, but you'll just get the money. Otherwise just go to a bank that offers free checking and open a new account.

Since the definition of depositing a check means putting it into an account, you can't if you don't have an account. You could either open another account, or ask someone like a parent to cash it for you.
