You didn't mention your hair color because that determines mascara color. If your hair is black or blonde, then black mascara. If it's dark brown, then dark brown mascara and any other color, just plain brown mascara. With medium tan skin, I'd use a glow powder for my face instead of a bronzer and, then I'd take a light pink cream blush and use it for the cheeks. And I'd use a gold eyeshadow. But the black eyeliner can stay if it makes your eyes pop. Eyeshadows and liners should make your eyecolor pop, so whatever colors make your eyes pop, you should go for it.

sounds good, but ditch the brown eyeshadow, its a dull choice. i think just the black eyeliner, maybe slightly heavier than you wear it now, with just a touch on the bottom lid will look way better for your everyday makeup. wear a mossy/goldy green eye shadow when you dres up.

try using blusher instead of bronzer once in a while for a more girly and innocent look. (most of the time in the winter because it looks more natural and fitting for the climate) find he right colour by pinching your skin, testing next to the pink bit, and finding the closest match.

also, try puttinf your hair in 1 or 2 low buns when its a little damp, b4 u go 2 bed. in the morning you'll have loose waves and a bit of a curl at the bottom, (you can use a tad of mousse to fix it) which will look a bit less done up and a bit more girly than straightened. its also way easier!

Sounds good but if you're thinking it's a little too harsh try dark brown eyeliner instead. I used to wear black eyeliner but when I switched to brown it looked so much better. Also gold really brightens up your complexion, like gold highlighter pencil under your eyebrows to make them look higher. Good luck!

Sounds right to me. Remember to only play up one of your features at a time though. Like if you want to wear a brighter color lipstick one day, tone down the eye liner.

I think that the brown eyeshadow is what looks too harsh. Try to get an eyeshadow that is very light, and has hints of "glitter" or "shine" in it. Then, instead of applying it with a traditional brush, apply it with a bigger brush, this way, it highlights your upper eye as well! :)

Purples look gorgeous on brown eyed brunettes! Try out the Almay "Brown-Eyed Girl" cosmetic line. You can buy it all at Walmart! It'll totally bring out your eyes!

Yeah! That sounds really pretty!! If you're willing, I would maybe suggest trying a light plum eyeshadow. Also maybe a nude lip gloss or lip stick would look really good!
