physically, i make a happy face....
mentally, i meant the happy face.....
:-)

truth is you can be happy but not show it....
it's like the sugar in a beverage,
you cant judge its sweetness by looking...
but by tasting, by savoring...
& the best way to feel its sweetness is by sharing...
a happy person makes another one happy or happier
:-)

There is no way that I can think of to explain how happy really feels...can't you just KNOW something? Do all things need words? Saying a word about something pales in comparison to the experience of the thing. Sometimes it's not a feeling at all, but a chioce.

For me when I'm really happy, I dont even know whats going on, it feels like burdens have been lifted off your heart, that no matter whats bothering you it doesn't matter right now because you dont care and you realize your above it. The physical part of it would be that every time you laugh, (if its a laughing situation) you keep feeling like your rising above problems in your life and like everything is slowly but surely getting better.

Can feel the happy juices flowing just thinking about it. It is almost enough to give one butterflies of anticipation.

Thinks his buddy said it best “Happiness is liking what you get!”

Really there is nothing noticeable at first. But smiling comes easily and readily. Wanting to share these smiles with others happens too. Mishaps seam funny. You might start noticing little beautiful things(like flowers or butterflies) and really appreciating them. There is a sense of gratitude of wanting to give thanks. After awhile you do start noticing it. You are energized vitalized ready to take on anything hell throws at you and come back wanting seconds. We where happy, if only for a little while, and how we love to see you smile.

It is the inner satisfaction you get when everything in your life is going in the right direction. It is that imaginary hug/hearty handshake you get from everyone whom you've made proud. It is finally getting that big juicy reward for all that hard work you did. It is that warm fuzzy feeling you get when you did something to make the world a better place. It is the sensation you get when you feel genuinely loved and wanted.

basically, it is God's little souvenir from heaven.

When your happy, your emotionally satisfied and content with all of your surroundings and current situations. You also feel energized and refreshed, especially when you wake up.

I won't explain this in detail because it is not detailed, it's simply a good feeling.

To be happy with yourself is to accept who you are and work on improving your fault and cultivating your talents.

To be happy in general is to have a feeling of contentment, to want what you have and to not want what you don't have.

To be happy in a romantic relationship is to feel joy in the presence of your partner, but also to feel joy that they are in your life when you two are apart. It also provides a feeling that you can overcome anything that comes your way, that everything will turn out alright, and that everything in life is as it should be.

I feel happy because I appreciate and I have a love of life and all its intricacies, whether good or bad. I appreciate the balance in life. I appreciate how life is so delicate yet also so strong and persevering. Life is worth living no matter what good or evil comes my way, and that makes me feel happy. I feel happy to be alive.

To be happy is to feel grateful for what you have, to not feel envious but rather to be happy for anothers fortune, and to feel satisfaction with your lot in life.

Happy is contentment. Gratified in mind and in surroundings. Satisfied with things the way they are, and hopeful that things will stay that way. Happiness and hope are closely related, because with out hope, there is little chance of happiness. When we nurture ourselves with the hope, that we ourselves, are willing to keep trying to make things better, then we become filled with hope. With hope, comes happiness.

'happy' doesn't exist by itself. It is defined by your imagination and society.

You 'feel happy' when you are getting pleasure or imagining the future possibility of pleasure.

The state of 'happiness' is the same as 'bliss, Nirvana, salvation, etc.' It is never ending pleasure with no pain. In what way could this state be possible in the universe right now?

You are pursuing this idea because you were told to.
