What are my options for when Im on the road for work, breakfast is the only meal I have trouble finding a healthy solution for. I need to eat something on the go and most likely in the car. Im looking for low fat/low calorie. Thanks.

Im looking for something with substance and heavy. Like Oatmeal or Bagels, but those are hard to eat on the road. Bagels arent actually, but I can get sick eating that all the time. Looking for a variety. Yogurt is hard to eat when driving and Trail mix is not low calorie or breakfast IMO.

Eat Speical K cereal bars. They have 90 calories 15 fat and low carbs. They taste amazing too not gross like some of those cereal bars.

Have you tried "healthy" cereals such as wheat-bix or corn flakes with a bit of fresh fruit chopped up on top to add some natural sweetness??? Once your 3 year old works out that they are not going to get the sugary cereals life should be a little easier. Will they eat toast? Yoghurt is something else you could try.
