I think everyone has at one time or another..That is what makes us what we are today. You learn from a broken heart , maybe make you smarter the next time. Some times many heart gets broken before we wise up. With broken hearts comes memories too. Then one day you will find someone that won't break your heart and also give you memories. That is when you find true love.

I have had my heart broken, and shared my experiences with others to get through the first couple of weeks. When my husband of 6 years cheated on me, (thinking he was going to be in my life forever) I was devastated. I loved him so much (loved) I decided to give him a 2nd chance. Our relationship lasted an additional 3 years but the love I had for him was gone. I grew mentally and became a stronger person. Then about a year after the divorce, I dated a friend from work (no strings attached) but when he said he loved me that changed everything, we dated and I caught him cheating. I decided to be a better woman and walk away without making a big thing about it. It did hurt a bit but like I said, a bit you live and learn and grow. Life brings many things your way and I look at that as learning tools or things that will help others get through tough times. Good luck.

That is a very wide question. I am going to assume you mean from someone your in love with or at least close to being in love with. My answer is a big Yes!! I was once married while on active duty in the navy...hence always gone, my wife was the type that, out of sight out of mind, so she would live her life as a single women while i was gone...it hurt then and it still hurts now... I am remarried to a wonderful women and have four fantastic children however there is a place in my heart that trusts no-one and from time to time gets in my way. I have been divorced from this women for 12 years and i have figured out that although it gets easier it never completely goes away.

Sure have! More times than I'd like..leaves me wondering how much to trust the words of the ones that I love!!! You never know how sincere the words are that they say to you, and sometimes it ends up all being bulls**t, and you end up with a broken heart. Makes you wonder if you should believe anything people say, doesn't it??? Makes you wonder if you should ever follow your heart again...hard choice if you've been in that situation...

Several times! Put your faith in God and prayer. God loves you and will help you. I waited until I was 31 to get married and I found the most loving and kind woman I could have ever married. I cute little Guatamalian girl. God knows your heart better than you ever will. I waited many years and suffred much but it was all worth it in the end. God loves you. He will heal your heart and bless your heart. Live your life and have fun dating. Forget and forgive the person who broke your heart. When God sends that special person you will know and discover what love really is.

Yes, yes I have. It happens a lot... way too much. Even after you find the love of your life you realize heartbreak is still a continuous part of living - whether it be your career, friendship, family - it just hurts so much.
