Probably the Samsung, as it's read writes speeds are better than average and the other brand doesn't list any.

As much as I am not a fan of Samsung -- They are a company built on RAM and memory chips, I would trust them to make the faster of the two... I cannot find any specs on the ORA.
I could offer however, the bit of information that the Corsair Voyager GT is the fastest Flash Drive on the market and is pretty reasonably priced.
