There's a lot of songs that may not actually be Halloween songs, but can or could be associated with the holiday. Micheal Jackson's "Thriller" (try watching the music video), Bobby "Boris" Picket's "Monster Mash," the theme song from "The Addams Family," Warren Zevon's "Werewolves of London," Ray Parker Jr. "Ghostbusters," among others you'd be likely to hear on the radio.
Then there are Halloween cds like "Scary Sounds" from Paper Magic Group, Inc. Such CDs may well have songs, either instrumental or vocal, on them. The 1998 "Scary Sounds" claims to be 74 minutes long with 70 Halloween themed sound effects and 16 Halloween themed orchestrations (though the 2003 release says 75 min with the same amount of sound effects and orchestrations). The 16 orchestrations are "Angel of Death," "Blood Beast," "Devil's Ride," Chopin's "Funeral March," "Spiritual Hell," "Lucifer's Choir," "Troubled Voices," "Frenzy," "Torment," "Psycho," "Omen," "Sleeper Awaits," "Spine Charge," "Sinister Street," "Psychopath," and "Rotten to the Core."
Made a mix for playing for trick or treaters that includes the "Funeral March," "Angel of Death," "Sleeper Awaits," "Devil's Ride," Troubled Voices," Torment," and "Psycho" from the Scary Sounds cd, along mostly sound effects from the cd but also three items from another CD that are over ten minutes each. Really cool cd to play in combination with a lightning/thunder effects machine (basically, a machine that causes any lights plugged in to it to flicker in time with any sounds or music, the flickering light looks like lightning).
Gonna give you a couple of Yahoo video links which have some of the above songs on them. The first one has "Sinister Street, " "Lucifer's Choir," and "Omen." The second has has "Sleeper Awaits," "Devil's Ride," and "Spine Charge." Kinda let you get an idea what these sound like.
