How about Texas? "It's like a whole other country." Really, they aren't going to be driven out of the US.

The new Democratic-controlled Congress has approval ratings just as bad as those of Bush and Cheney. If very low approval ratings mean that you'll be run out of DC on a rail, there wouldn't be anyone left to run the US government!

The Hague might ask for them, that's where the world court holds war crime trials. Other than that I only see Saudi Arabia as a potential place for Georgie to go and hang with his good friends the Bin Ladens.
