boohoo , america needs to stop protesting war and blaming it all on George Bush, I mean we've been Iraq longer than world war II lastes, and in that period of time between 1941-1945 around 675,000 US soldiers died on the pacific and european fronts, and what did we do on the homeland, WE SUPPORTED THE HELL OUT OF OUR BOYS, everyone was doing their part, the true american men went to fight for their beloved country, and the true american women started working in factories making whatever it be their husbands, sons, and brothers needed for the war, I look at our country today and I think , what the hell is wrong with us, the republicans realise what needs to be done, for any protesters, WE CANNOT JUST SIMPLY LEAVE IRAQ, it is an unstable country with millions who have a pure hatred toward the united states, they blam everything on us, kind of like some people who sit down in their lazyboy chair and watch whats hapening in Iraq on CNN, and then they blame it on Bush im running out of room

how do you blame it on bush, why, what is there to blame, "oh, the insurgency levels are decreacing in iraq, and ing have reached an all time low, damn bush," WHAT? i get sick of hearing that, how many people have died in Iraq over about 6 years, 3500, and sure we buy the support our troops bumper sticker, but then we join up with some friends and protest, why, i understand that many of these protesters are parents whose children have died in iraq, you know im only 15, but if my son or daughter died in iraq, i wouldnt care if it was an al during training or and ied, i would be proud of them to have given such a sacrifice to their country, and what they believe in, does anybody agree with me, america is getting weak, we protest the war because people die ,people that we love, but they died for what they love, their country, and america must realise that it is not at the fault of any single american for our staioning in iraq, FREEDOM IS NOT FREE, god bless amer

You are 100% right. If the liberal media would show the positives of Iraq, we would have won years ago with support. In WWII, instead of the number of Allied troops dying, we had how many cities we were now in control of or how many Nazi casualties there were. In Iraq, we got rid of a dictator who oppressed his country and a dictator who hated America and was a threat. Most Iraqis are glad we are there, although a minority of them want to fight us. The liberals don't realize that the troops wouldn't have joined the military in the first place if they didn't want to fight for their country.

Your comparison to how WW2 was shorter then this Iraqi war. Isn't that proof this war is a failure and pointless? We dominated 2 countries in a span of 4 years during WW2, but today, even with our advanced military technology and more time then WW2 lasted, are still unable to secure Baghdad or any other major city in Iraq. Doesn't that say something?

BTW, this war isn't about freedom. Our freedom wasn't threatened by Iraq.

Our lack of support for this war means nothing on the war front. The more times I say this war is failure is irrelevant. It's not like me saying that some how makes the enemy's weapons stronger and enables them to kill more troops. It doesn't mean that because 70% of the country is against the war that suddenly our troops are forgetting how to fight and are becoming easier targets for the insurgents. That's irrelevant. THAT IS FOX NEWS / PRO-WAR / REPUBLICAN PROPAGANDA. Do you know what propaganda is? You should look it up. Then you might see how you've been coerced into beleiving that this war is a great thing for everyone involved, because it's not. Iraq is not benifiting, our troops are not benifiting and our country is not beniftiing. Coincedently, the only people benefiting from the war are the leaders that are fighting to keep the troops in Iraq. Also coincedental is these same people pushing the American people to support their war are making nice profits from their ties and investments with defense companies such as Haliburton.

A blind man can see this.

You have 2 choices:

A) Either start thinking about what you say in public because this war is an embarassement to our country.

or

B) If you support this war, then what the hell are you doing here? Sign up for military, head over to Iraq, and hope you don't die for nothing.

My guess is you are a hypocrite and p@ssy and will just keeping talking. You are like that kid from high school that would shoot his mouth off and then say things like "My brother will kick your a**".

I agree that freedom is not free. But the last several wars have been about more than freedom. They have been about ideology. Our leaders believe in the democratic (Republic) form of government. In reality there are a lot more forms of government that work just as well. It is not our duty to make other countries comply with our ideals. Vietnam was a similar situation. We tried to force our way of life on a country that the majority wanted something else. We lost and now we have the head of Vietnam in Washington setting up trade agreements. The real question in Iraq is who are the "terrorists" fighting. If it is us and we leave maybe something will get done. If it is each other, then we will never win that war. The only reason that the leadership in Iraq is doing anything is because of the US citizens' wish to get out.

The one big thing that I have against your question is that you are against the protests. That is a key to our freedoms. We have the right to protest what ever we want.

WTH does WW2 have to do with the Grand Redneck's inability to plan for, lead, or implement a war?

Everyone is still supporting the hell out of our boys (and girls).

Who said freedom was free, anyway?

In WW2, Hitler was threatening to take over Europe.

There absolutely no comparison between WW2 and the Iraq War. NONE.

There are lots of "unstable countries with millions who have a pure hatred towards the united states". You want to invade all of them?

And how many more did we create with this mess?

Sign up and go kick some *** if you're that gung-ho about the war. Nothing's stopping you from using your a** to cover the check that your mouth is willing to write.

Way to advocate war from the comfort of your "lazyboy chair". You're the biggest American hero that never was.

WOW!!!!! I thought for sure you were going to whine and tell us we were under a dictator or something. YOU ARE SO ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!!!!

Yesterday, I heard Michael Moore say that his father helped win the war in the Pacific (or something to that affect) in less time than we have been able to secure the road from the airport to Bagdhad. WHAT??!!! It's HIS FAULT and other liberals like him that we haven't already won this war and brought the troops home! If the government didn't have to fight the liberals at home every step of the way and worry what they might think, it would be over! Imagine how well WWII would have gone if FDR had the support that Bush has now? And the libs never ever get it. NEVER!!!

Nice cliche, but the War in Iraq has nothing to do with fighting for our country or fighting for Freedom. Iraq was simply not a threat to us in any way shape or form.

There is absolutely no valid comparison between WWII and this war. Nobody at home it making the slighest sacrifice for this war except the families of the soldiers

How do I blame on Bush? -- he is the Commander in Cheif, responsible for the failed policies, was he one who pushed for the invasion, put incompetents in Charge of reconstruction, and stubbornly refused to change strategy or tatics.

I agree with you 100%. The same people who enjoy their freedoms and protest the war are living in a dream world where the price of freedom is free. This world is in a mess but, that is the way it is suppose to be according to the Bible. I don't know if you are Christian or not. But I see the Book of Daniel unfolding right before my very eyes and also the Book of Revelations. It is all in chaos right now just as it portrays.

I support our President and our troops who volunteered to lay down their very lives to protect their homeland.

The difference of course is that in WWII we were attacked by an agressor nation, the country fell behind the war and everyone pitched in to help. Refresh my memory, Exactly when were we attacked by Iraq?

When neo-cons learn that wars and deficits are not free.

How in the world does the lie-based war in Iraq have any correlation to America's freedom?

Iraqi people already realized that freedom is not free.

Operation "Iraqi Freedom" turned to be a free cheese in a mousetrap.
